Why do I need to pay for a consultation? How long do I have to apply it towards a treatment?
Our teams time is in high demand and in order to properly serve our clients we need to ensure their time is respected. Our providers will spend focused, one on one time with you and use their expertise and experience to curate the perfect treatment plan for you to achieve your aesthetic goals. Our consultation fees can be applied towards treatments that can be done the same day with the provider. Our fee can also be applied to laser treatments performed by the provider within 2 weeks of your consultation.

Where is your exact location and do you have parking?
Our office is located in West Hollywood at the intersection of Santa Monica and Fairfax, across the street from Whole Foods. The underground parking entrance is on Fairfax Blvd. Parking is a $7 flat fee.

Why am I getting texts/emails about forms? Why do I need to upload my ID?
You will receive a text and email prior to your first appointment with a link to our patient intake form and the necessary consent forms for your scheduled appointment. The patient intake form does require an ID upload as we are a medical office and are required by law to have a copy of the patients ID on file. We will also send you consent forms for any new treatments you do with us.

Why do I need to take before/after photos?
We take a set of before and after photos prior to most treatments in our office to establish a baseline and monitor your progress. These photos remain in your patient file and will not be used for media purposes without your consent.

What is the cancellation policy?
We ask that all appointments are cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $250.

What forms of payment are accepted?
We do NOT accept payments in check or American Express. All other major credit cards are accepted. Payments with Care Credit are also accepted, however there is a 3% convenience fee associated with all Care Credit charges.

What treatments can I do while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Unfortunately, most of our treatments are not safe for those that are pregnant or breastfeeding. The only one we could recommend would be our customized Hydrafacial!
